No. Every thread gets a real Linux machine and asking a question does not bill by the second. Usage above the plan's allowance is billed at cost, and shown per run.
What counts as a person?
Anyone who can sign in to the workspace. Agents and routines are not seats — a routine that runs nightly bills as usage, not as a colleague.
Where does it run?
